Shipping Countries:
We ship to 46 countries across Europe, North and South America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. You can see every country we ship to in the country selector at the top of our store.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 0-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping is free on all orders, to every country we ship to, with no minimum order value.
Delivery times:
- Europe and other destinations: 8-25 business days
- North America (US & Canada): 8-16 business days
These are maximum delivery times. Most orders arrive sooner: every product page shows an estimated delivery date for your country, based on current transit times for that item.
All shipments are sent via international courier services with tracking.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
All prices include applicable taxes and import duties, so you will not pay any additional customs fees, import taxes or shipping costs on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay such a fee, please contact us at info@softlystyles.com and we will reimburse it.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@softlystyles.com as soon as possible after delivery, with photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not send replacement items; if you would still like the product, you are welcome to place a new order.
Lost Packages:
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@softlystyles.com. Once we have confirmed with the carrier that the package is lost, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
