• Prices may be changed without prior notice
• Orders are confirmed by email
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional cases

• Payment is processed securely through our partners
• Invoice is automatically issued upon order completion

🚚 Shipping

• We ship internationally to all countries worldwide
• Shipping is free for all orders
• Delivery times are 8-25 business days depending on destination
• Orders are processed within 0-2 business days

🔄 Returns

• We have a 30-day return policy
• EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags and in original packaging
• Returns are free: we cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund
• Returns can be requested from your customer account or by email at info@softlystyles.com
• For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we issue a full refund (no replacement items are sent)

📦 Stock and Availability

• Products are subject to stock availability
• In case of unavailability, we will contact you for alternative solutions
• Product images are for reference only

💰 Customs and Taxes

• All prices include applicable taxes and import duties
• Customers do not pay any additional customs fees, import taxes or shipping costs on delivery
• If a carrier ever asks you to pay such a fee, contact us and we will reimburse it

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product
• The customer is responsible for the proper use of products
• Packages lost in transit and damaged, defective or incorrect items are fully refunded, as described in our Refund Policy
