🔄 Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

🏷️ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused and with intact labels
  • Original packaging must be preserved
  • Personal hygiene products cannot be returned for health reasons
  • Personalized products cannot be returned
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards

📦 Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@softlystyles.com or +40769719361. We will provide you with the return address and instructions once your return request is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  2. Pack the products in their original packaging
  3. Send the package to our address
  4. We will inspect the returned products
  5. We will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 business days after approval

💰 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

🇪🇺 European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
